We had so much fun bringing you LIVE music at JJ’s Bar every Wednesday this summer! We didn’t have too many weather disruptions, so it was quite nice!
This Fall, we are going to resume live music on the weekends in October! Likely most Saturday nights with a few special events mixed in there. Stay tuned for more info on that!
September is Bourbon Heritage Month! A celebration of the native spirit of our country. We will kick off a series of Feature Flights and weekly raffles next week after we get through Labor Day Week. So, tonight, we welcome you to just come and enjoy our space with great food, great drinks and if you are looking to try some whiskies, half price flights!

- Thursday – Making Movies – Making Movies is the Latin GRAMMY–nominated group led by Enrique Chi — born in Santiago, Panamá, and raised in the American Midwest — forging a sound guided by tradition, yet unmistakably its own. Live performances are anchored in the rich rhythmic traditions of Panamá and centered on Chi’s performance on the mejorana, a rare Panamanian folkloric instrument, woven into a modern psychedelic context and pushed through distortion and reverb.
- Friday – Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast – Hailed by Rolling Stone as “the best-kept vocal secret of the Southeast,” Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast are a classic American rock ‘n’ roll band who whip their soulful blues into a live show that cracks with urgency. Fronted by Krisko’s commanding and emotional powerhouse vocals and powered by a road-hardened band, they’ve built a reputation for turning rooms electric.
- Saturday – Dwayne Dopsie & The Zydeco Hellraisers – The energy, true talent, and exuberance that Dwayne Dopsie & The Zydeco Hellraisers emit from stage makes it obvious that there is no competition for this band. Although inspired by tradition, Dwayne has developed his own high-energy style that defies existing stereotypes and blazes a refreshingly distinct path for 21st century zydeco music.
JJ’s Bar at the Levitt opens at 6:00pm before every concert with Happy Hour at The Levitt until the live music starts. $2 off all drinks!
