Duck Poutine – Tender shredded con fit duck, slow roasted in duck fat for a rich and juicy taste. Spread atop crispy fries and surrounded by toasted white cheddar cheese curds. Finally topped with a house-made duck gravy and fresh parsley. Canadian approved! – 22

Our mixology team is always hard at work bringing you fun, creative, and tasty cocktails! Here is what we are featuring this week!
Taste of Summer – Western Son Gin, strawberry puree, fresh squeezed lime juice, house-made simple syrup and muddled sage. Shaken and served over ice in a Collins glass. Topped with club soda and garnished with a sprig of fresh Sage. – 12
Pineapple Bourbon Smash – Bowman Brothers Small Batch bourbon, honey simple syrup, and pineapple puree. Shaken with ice, then dry shaken with egg white. Poured over a large rock. Garnished with pineapple basil leaf. – 16
