Please read the following and the click the box below before proceeding. Alcoholic beverages consumed at Midco Arena MUST be provided by JJ’s Wine, Spirits & Cigars. NO outside alcohol is allowed. Alcoholic beverages are to be enjoyed by those OVER 21 ONLY. And ID must be presented for anyone in your suite who is not obviously over 21 years of age. A wristband will be provided for subsequent purchases. The beverages provided to you in your suite are for you and your guests. You may NOT take beverages out of your suite to give to general admission ticket holders. Alcohol sales will END at the 10 MINUTE mark in the 3rd Period. No exceptions. You will be allowed to finish what you have opened, but please refrain from opening fresh beverages after that point. Open bottle service pertaining to hard liquor is NOT ALLOWED in the suites at Midco Arena. Overconsumption will not be tolerated. Please drink responsibly. Please select the items below that you would like to have pre-stocked in your suite. We will determine the initial quantity based on the number of guests OVER 21, so please be specific when determining the number of guests over 21. If you find yourself running low, please contact your suite server to have your items refilled. You will be able to run a “tab” for your suite for adult beverages that are not pre-stocked in your suite. This will be for anything that comes from JJ’s Viking Club bar or your suite server. It will be added to your pre-stocked options you are about to select. A credit card will be required when you arrive for anyone running a tab and all charges will be billed to that card. GAME DAY MENU A Game Day Menu with limited snacks and beverages from our Main Concession Stand & Valhalla’s Vaflers & Krumkake Stand will be available in your suite for order starting 30 minutes prior to puck drop and until the start of the 3rd period. Your suite will be assigned a suite attendant who will come by to collect any game day orders and assist you with any additional needs. Game Day Menu items will be added to your final invoice and billed the following week. MENU SELECTION DEADLINES In order to meet your food and beverage requests, the deadline to place your orders for Friday & Saturday games is Tuesday at Noon CT of that game week. Ordering in advance provides you and your guests with a much larger menu to select from! If you have any questions about this menu, please contact augustanacatering@augie.edu. PAYMENT If you elected to have your billing combined with your alcohol order, JJ’s will be handling payment for your catering and non-alcohol beveraages. If you DID NOT choose to combine your orders, your order will be handled by Augustana Catering. CANCELLATIONS In the event you need to cancel an order, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the game date. Orders not canceled prior to the 24-hour period will be charged a 100% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs. SUITE FOOD DELIVERY All cold food orders will be in your suite when the doors open for each game. Hot food will be delivered approximately 30 minutes prior to puck drop.
