  1. Cured Meat Carpaccio - A delightful combination of thin sliced prosciutto and pancetta with sliced truffles, olive oil, Chantrelle mushrooms, Maitake mushrooms, thin sliced parmesan, rosemary and Maldon sea salt. 
  2. Bruschetta - Fresh Roma and Yellow tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil, oregano, Maldon sea salt and fresh mozzarella pearls on thinly sliced crisped crostini.
  3. Beet Root Cured Cod Carpaccio - Thick cut cod cured in dill-beet root-salt cure with lemon and orange zest and gin. Pickled thin sliced red onions, thin sliced radishes, all on thin sliced crostini with white wine vinegar and olive oil.

  2. Charred Sea Bass & Lentils de Puy - Chilean Sea Bass char-broiled and served green lentils and a savory-sweet vinegar broth.
  3. Chicken Cordon Bleu over Pesto and Mezzi Rigatoni - Traditional Cordon Bleu with chicken breast, ham, and Gruyere encased in a tasty panko crust and served over a bed of mezzi rigatoni with pesto.

All of this for $150/couple (plus tax and gratuity). We are offering two-hour seating times as well, so you won't feel rushed! Seating will be divided between JJ's Bar and The Event Room. If you prefer one or the other, please indicate above and you will be seated based on availability at your seating time. We can't guarantee you'll get the location you want, but we will do our best!
