Food Features in JJ’s Bar

Chef Kaleb and team are always coming up with some fun stuff each week to show off their culinary skills. Here is what we have this week for Food Features in JJ’s Bar through Saturday, May 16th.

• • Smoked Salmon Platter – Hand-sliced smoked salmon with a whipped cream cheese spread topped with fresh dill and black caviar, Ciabatta toast points, crisp greens, and red onions.
  • Cheesy Mushroom and Sausage Dip – Savory sausage and mushroom dip with lots of melted cheese and  served with crostini.
  • New England Clam Chowder – Traditional New England clam chowder.

Every bottle of single barrel spirits has a point value. That combined with a few other factors moves you up the list for those bigger allocations that come in late Fall.
