Back to tequila!
Patron likes to stir the pot occasionally with some special, limited offerings that really take things up a notch when enjoying quality tequila. This one is no exception.
The agaves (Weber Blue Agave, if you want to get technical) are slowly cooked over mesquite charcoal to give the mash a distinct smokiness, much like mezcal, but with the flavor and character that is unmistakably Patron. Aged for a short period oak casks and then bottled with a nice golden color.

Tom’s Tasting Notes: I love mezcal. I also love tequila. It’s kind of become my new jam. The combination of the two distinct flavor profiles in this limited offering from Patron makes for a very tasty sipper. Lovely caramel and vanilla notes with a woody backbone and smoky finish.
